Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Mohena pieces, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help with hassle-free returns and exchanges:

• Unused, unworn items can be returned hassle-free within 15-days.

• Personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Returns are checked carefully, and missing items may lead to a deduction from the refund.

Refunds & Replacements

We strive to make sure every customer is completely satisfied, so here’s how we handle refunds and replacements:

• Once we get your return, we’ll issue a refund based on what you paid, not the current price or any discount.

• For replacements and exchanges, same rules as returns. A replacement will only be shipped after the original piece is safely returned to us.

How to Return?

We aim to make your returns as stress-free as possible, 

•  Start the return on our website or contact our team for easy steps.

•  Be available for pickup & answer the courier’s calls.

• For most areas, reverse shipping is covered. For certain zones, we'll cover up to ₹75, extra shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

• If you're in a non-serviced area, just send it to us directly and we’ll include ₹75 in your refund.

Unexpected arrivals

We’re committed to ensuring that you receive your order in perfect condition. Here’s what to do if something goes wrong:

• If your package is empty or missing an item, reach out within 48 hours with a 360° unboxing video that can help us investigate.

• Without proof or if tampering is found, we may not be able to process a claim.
